Method

  1. With the oil from the anchovies, fry the garlic, anchovies, and chillies for a few minutes, until the anchovies are dissolved.
  2. Add capers and olives for a minute.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, allow this to reduce.
  4. Boil the pasta.
  5. Mix into one pan off the heat and gently stir to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve, garnish with parsley.
