Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place a large baking tray in the oven.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into halves, toss in oil, salt, paprika.
  3. When the tray is hot, place the sweet potato cut-side down in the oven for 10 minutes, until soft.
  4. Add the pie to the oven.
  5. When the pie & potatoes are almost done, add the kale to a bowl with a bit of oil & gently squeeze it to coat the leaves in oil, then toss with salt.
  6. Turn the oven off, and get the potatoes out into a bowl. Peel them and then mash the flesh.
  7. Serve.
