Ingredients
- Rice (75 gram)
- Water (130 gram)
- Red chilli (1 unit)
- Egg (3 unit)
Method
- Rinse the rice then add the water, and a bit of salt.
- Beat the eggs with salt and sliced chillies.
- Boil the rice, then once bubbling, put to the lowest heat and cover. It should take about 10 minutes.
- When the rice is almost done, cook the omlette, leaving it slightly runny.
- Serve the rice with the omlette on top.
