Ingredients
- Cheddar (2 handful)
- Bread (2 slice)
- Mayonnaise (15 gram)
- Ham (4 slice)
Method
- Heat the cast iron pan.
- Grate the cheddar.
- Spread the mayonnaise onto each bread slice.
- Put a slice mayonnaise-side down in the pan, add the cheese, ham, and top with the other slice mayonnaise-side up.
- Add a bit of water to create steam in the pan and quickly trap it with the lid.
- When the bottom is browning, flip it, press down with a spatula, add water and trap again.
