Method

  1. Fry the eggs in olive oil, add salt and any spices.
  2. Toast the pitta.
  3. Spread the homous and yogurt inside.
  4. Once the eggs are nearly done, flip them for 5 seconds.
  5. Slide the eggs inside the pitta.
